Patti Lewis

Patti Lewis

Patti began her painting career over three decades ago doing folk art and landscapes using acrylic paint on various vintage objects from around the farm where she lived in Treherne, MB. She moved to Regina, SK and expanded to other forms of painting and pencil over the years, but really found her medium when she tried watercolour. She still enjoys and works with acrylic.

Her main theme is prairie art; trying to capture nature’s beauty. Patti is largely self-taught but has taken classes in both pencil and watercolour. She continues to study and practice her art, painting her own works as well as commissioned projects for others. Patti is a past member of the Regina Federation of Artists.

Patti retired from her office job in 2023 and is pursuing her passion for visual art: doing commissioned work, making and selling her originals, prints, coasters, magnets and art cards. She now lives in Moose Jaw with her husband.
